About the role

You'll work directly with vessel engineers, ETOs, and management companies to migrate their maintenance, equipment and operational data into Seahub. The work blends technical know-how with data accuracy: structuring large equipment registers, mapping data from legacy systems, and making sure what lands in Seahub is clean, complete, and useful from day one.

You'll be the bridge between the engineering reality on board and the data structure that powers the platform.

What you'll be doing

• Configuring new client accounts and onboarding vessels onto Seahub
• Working with large equipment, maintenance and inventory datasets — cleaning, structuring, and importing them accurately
• Liaising with engineers and management companies to gather and validate data
• Supporting clients through training and the early stages of platform use
• Working across a range of internal tools and online systems to deliver implementations on time

What we're looking for

• Superyacht engineering experience (essential) — time spent on board in an engineering role, with a working understanding of maintenance systems and how vessels actually run
• Comfort working with large datasets — sorting, structuring and processing information accurately at scale (Excel proficiency a must; familiarity with data tools a plus)
• High attention to detail — you take pride in getting things right the first time
• Confidence picking up and working across a variety of online systems and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage credibly with senior crew and management
• Applicants throughout Europe considered

Nice to have

• Experience with PMS platforms
• Background in client-facing, technical support or implementation roles
