Yacht: 55m Single Season Private Motor Yacht
Start Date: January 2025
Opportunity: Fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified OOW with yacht experience looking to work alongside a fantastic senior team and with plenty of opportunity to grow within the program.
Location: The yacht will be wintering in Barcelona. Plans for next summer will be steady owner usage cruising the Med and Balearics.
Team: Supportive Chief Officers and Captains who have been with the program for several years. You will gain a good amount of exposure to bridge operations, watches, and paperwork.
Requirements: Must hold OOW 3000. They are looking for a positive character who will motivate the team and is keen to learn as well as pass on knowledge to the deck team.
Culture: Well-run program with an emphasis on team culture. They have a tight-knit crew who enjoy spending time together outside of work, and the Captain supports crew events.
Compensation: On offer is a salary range of 5000-5500 Euros DOE, 60 days leave – full package TBD during initial calls.
